Ms. Nada Ljubojević graduated from the Technological Faculty of Tuzla University. She began work in the Bimeks meat-processing plant and since 2004 has worked for the Governent of Brcko District. Her duties are in the fields of environmental permitting, public participation in environmental impact assessment studies, the drafting of laws and regulations on environmental protection, and public outreach and awareness-raising campaigns.

She has participated in international projects related to the harmonisation of domestic legislation with European Union legislation and capacity building for implementation. She co-authored the Manual on the Implementation of the Aarhus Convention in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
